Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We check our website everyday for new orders and hope to get them shipped out within 3 working days, but as we’re also on a very small island, delivery may differentiate depending on external circumstances such as weather, couriers or time of year.
This being said, we are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible, and if you have not received your order within the time stated, then please use the contact form to reach us and we’ll be sure to look into it further. Take a look at the chart below for an estimation of your order’s delivery time.
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone.

* Australia: Because of security reasons that were made clear to us by the Australian Post Office, shipments are untrackable once they enter the country. You can track your order until it leaves Europe.
** Brazil: Learned by past experiences, shipments can get delayed at the Customs.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
MNEMOSSYNE GALLERY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But rest assured: we pack our orders as safe as possible, so damage cases are a hefty exception.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MNEMOSSYNE GALLERY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
We accept returns and will fully reimburse your order until 15 days from the received date. Return shipping costs are not covered by MNEMOSSYNE GALLERY. In the rare event of a proved non-received order, please contact us for a replacement or, in case of non-availability of the same product, a full refund.
