When Alexandra and Andrea first opened Mnemossyne, they combined their adoration for hand-made jewellery, passion for photography and deep-rooted love for both Santorini and each other to create pieces that reflected the heart and soul of the island.
With a strong focus on celebrating Greek culture, including ancient and modern designs, the shop is adorned with truly unique, hand-crafted pieces that are enamoured by all.

A town as unique as Oia breeds truly creative ideas. That’s why Mnemossyne is the first modern minimalist jewellery store in the village, taking inspiration from all corners of the island and capturing the sincerity of life in the Cyclades.
The illuminated white walls of this typical Santorini cave house create an uplifting yet nostalgic atmosphere that faintly reminds you of home. Combining hand-picked gemstones, quality metals & an admiration for a simpler life, you will find yourself enamoured by the store and emotion behind its creation.
Established in 2011, they hope to continue sharing, creating and radiating love, life and the wholeheartedness of this beautifully unapologetic part of the world.

Mnemossyne’s mission is to share with you a piece of the Aegean Sea, a memory of the magical Oia sunsets, and to share the love that’s poured into designing each one of their minimalist jewelry and Greek art pieces. Because Mnemossyne didn’t just happen – it was idealized, just as blissful lives can be.
